How to use
For best results, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Once thawed, cook using your preferred method:
- BBQ / Grill: Cook over medium heat, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through
- Pan: Fry on a medium heat, turning occasionally until golden and caramelised on the outside
- Oven: Bake at 180°C until cooked through, turning halfway for even colour and texture
